Templates for digital and ICT solutions from the Living-in.EU community

A full set of procurement templates for digital and ICT solutions is now available to explore and use via the Living-in.EU catalogue. Designed for public buyers and procurement experts, these editable and customisable templates cover a wide range of areas, including data and security, cloud services, public Wi-Fi, user-facing platforms, software development, and more. Each set includes tender and technical specifications along with a financial offer pricelist. 

The templates are free to access and currently available in English, with French and German versions coming soon. Users are also invited to share feedback on each template’s technical and legal relevance, helping to shape future updates and ensure the tools meet real procurement needs.
